How To Use

2. Shrinking Extreme Booster is now added to your individual problem area - just 6-8 drops directly massaged in. Then apply Shrinking Violet slimming oil. Apply Shrinking Violet Slimming Oil to the targeted area. Remember, the Fascia Release Brush is designed to be used directly on the skin with oil, not over clothing.
3. Using the Fascia Release Brush , gently glide it over your skin in upward and horizontal motions, avoiding circular movements. Spend three to five minutes on each area, ensuring thorough coverage.

How To Apply
Shrinking Violet works best by heat transfer so we recommend to shake the product well before use. Pour some in a warm bath and once you are dry, but still warm from the bath, Shrinking Extreme Booster is now added to your individual problem area - just 6-8 drops directly massaged in. Then apply Shrinking Violet slimming oil - 15ml to the whole body, massaging in very well - start applying slimming solution from your chin down to your ankles and massage in well everywhere - it works better as a full body system. Apply the pre-infused bandages from under the knees to the top of each thigh, then legs together and apply from mid thigh to waist. We suggest to lie in bed under the quilt or watch TV under a duvet for an hour, take bandages off and massage any residue into the skin.
A good time to do this is around 7pm, as you could stay in bed and watch TV afterwards, keeping warm. Shower lightly the morning after.
We advise not to have over indulged on food or alcohol before you give yourself the treatment, so your liver is not already over processing.
