GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please note that all products sold by Peelology Limited t/a Tibby Olivier must be used by professionals only. They must be used with great care to prevent an accidental injury. It is Your responsibility to ensure that You hold any relevant qualifications from a recognized training organization before purchase. By browsing the Site or submitting an order You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Goods on the Site may only be sold to persons aged 18 or over. In placing an order for any such goods You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. In no event will Peelology Limited t/a Tibby Olivier be liable for any claims, damages and liabilities arising out of the use or misuse of products sold by Peelology Limited t/a Tibby Olivier. Due to sanitation & health regulations Peelology Limited t/a Tibby Olivier do not accept returns. We strive to remain fully stocked on all products. Occasionally, supply and demand creates an ‘out of stock’ situation. Should this occur, you will be notified regarding the delay.

PRICES
We reserve the right to alter prices & terms & conditions without notice.

CLAIMS
Claims for loss or damage to goods in transit must be made in writing to the Company within 3 days. Tibby Olivier Professional cannot be held responsible for any losses sustained through delays in transit. Items missing on receipt of orders must  be reported to the Company within 7 days of receipt otherwise orders are deemed to be complete.

RETURNED GOODS
Goods are not offered on a 'sale or return' basis. Goods that have been ordered in error will be accepted for return if the Company is notified within 14 days in writing and the goods arrive back at our premises in perfect condition. A15% handling charge will be applied for all such transactions.

REFUNDS
Refunds by accepting a refund you hereby agree as accepting payment as full and final settlement.

You furthermore agree to fully release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Peelology Limited t/a Tibby Olivier and their insured against any further claims, demands, suits, actions, costs and expenses after receipt of the amount.

You assign and transfer all your rights against any third party to Peelology Limited t/a Tibby Olivier upon receipt of refund.

CANCELLATION
Orders cancelled before despatch will be subject to a 5% handling fee to cover Bank processing charges/admin etc. Privacy We do not share customer details with any 3rd parties

ORDERING AND DELIVERY
All goods are subject to availability. We ship only to registered addresses. It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate address and shipping information. We accept the following cards for payment on purchases made online through Mastercard, Visa, and more. Our shipping days are Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
